About Miles Inward
Brendan Larcombe is the founder of Miles Inward. He is a certified running coach and life coach, an experienced runner, having completed multiple marathons and ultramarathons.
His work is shaped by lived experience and deep healing through awareness, education and then actioning what he has learnt to change the direction of his life, sharing these lessons with his community through the vehicle of running. Brendan shows what disciplined, sustained effort can achieve over time, using movement as a tool for building structure, consistency, and self-trust.
Miles Inward reflects this approach. The program is built around consistent action, using walking and running to show participants they can use discipline and effort to achieve success in movement and their broader life.
