About Miles Inward

Brendan Larcombe is the founder of Miles Inward. He is a proud aboriginal man and father. Certified running coach and life coach, experienced youth worker and runner, having completed multiple marathons and ultramarathons.

Growing up with intergenerational trauma, Brendan started using drugs and alcohol at 13 years old. After 20 years of addiction Brendan entered a rehabilitation centre and after 3 attempts at the program, he finally figured out the key to his recovery was it needed to be for himself.

Brendan found running in rehab and in his own words “it’s when I feel most free” he has shown what belief, discipline and sustained effort can achieve over time, using movement as a tool for building structure, consistency, and self-trust.

Miles Inward reflects the journey he has taken inward to understand himself, then take the actions needed to turn his life around.

Now he works to share his knowledge with anyone who is stuck in old patterns and limiting beliefs, that change is possible.
