The Program

A structured 9-week program using progressive movement to build consistency, discipline, and behavioural change.

Movement creates a repeatable challenge.

That challenge becomes the environment where participants practice showing up, following through, and building consistency over time.

Phase 1 - building a base

Establish routine through manageable, progressive movement.

Focus

  • consistency

  • structure

  • showing up.

Phase 2 - growth

Connect effort with outcomes over time.

Focus

  • awareness

  • cause and effect

  • self-regulation.

Phase 3 - building on success

Reinforce identity through consistency and progression.

Focus

  • discipline

  • confidence

  • maintaining structure.

How it works

Participants follow a simple, progressive walk/run structure.

Sessions are consistent, repeatable, and designed to create a stable routine. Reflection is used to connect actions to outcomes over time.

Who it’s for

People in recovery who:

  • Want structure

  • Are ready to engage consistently

  • Are open to using movement as a tool for change
